This Business-to-Business Privacy Policy (“B2B Privacy Policy”) applies to residents of California (individually and collectively, “you”) that currently have or previously had a business-to-business (“B2B”) relationship (e.g., customer, vendor, service provider, supplier) (“B2B Contact”) with Factual Data (“we” or “us”) and is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This B2B Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we collect from and process of individuals that do not reside in California or to personal information that we collect from and process of consumers, job applicants, employees, or general visitors to our website, www.factualdata.com, which are subject to different policies or notices. If you are an employee of a B2B customer, our Website Privacy Policy and this B2B Privacy Policy will apply to the B2B personal information, as that term is defined below, that we collect from you when you visit our website. This B2B Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect from you or that is provided to us by your employer in a B2B relationship (“B2B personal information”) when you visit this website or interact with us offline as an employee of a B2B customer.

Your Privacy Rights

- Right to correction. You may have the right to ask us to correct inaccuracies in the B2B personal information that we have collected from you or your employer.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell or share your B2B personal information to or with third parties to market their products and services to you or for their own uses so we do not provide a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of this information.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of “sensitive personal information,” as that term is defined under the CCPA. We collect and use certain B2B personal information about you that would be considered sensitive personal information under the CCPA when you visit our website, such as your keystroke patterns or rhythms when you use our website, as disclosed in our Website Privacy Policy. Unless you opt-out of cookie data collection, this information may be connected with other personal information provided by you or your employer to us to identify you. We do not collect certain other types of sensitive personal information about you in connection with a B2B relationship, such as your racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of these privacy rights.
How to Submit a Verifiable Privacy Rights Request
If you are a California resident who currently has or previously had a B2B relationship with us and you wish to exercise the privacy rights described above, you or your authorized agent can submit a request to us or by contacting us, as provided below:
You may give someone else permission to exercise these rights for you. We will need proof, such as a Power of Attorney form or other signed document, indicating that you have asked someone else to make a request on your behalf.
Before we fulfill an access, deletion, or correction request, we will verify your identity and ability to exercise some of these rights. In order to do this, we may require you to provide your name, contact information and the nature of your relationship with us. To protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information, please note that we do not accept and cannot process requests submitted to us by email.
